What's the Process?
Once you book and complete payment for a Career Crossroads Package:
You'll receive an email invitation to complete the Birkman Questionnaire
Once completed, we'll send you your Birkman Signature Report, along with our welcome pack, which includes access to our online audio guide, and a workbook for taking notes on your data and conversation.
Your assigned BCP (Birkman Certified Professional) will also get in touch with you to book a time for your first 60-minute Conversation.
During the Conversation, they'll talk you through your data in the context of your current situation and priorities, and answer any questions you might have regarding your Birkman scores.
After your Conversation you'll receive an Action Plan worksheet, notes from your BCP and a link to download the recording of your conversation.
You can then arrange your next 60-minute Conversation at an interval that will suit you.
After your two Conversations, you'll also have the option to book further sessions if you would like to continue working with your Birkman Coach. (At additional cost)

Session One - Where does the Compass Point: Understanding your present and your future potential
In this first session we are going to be looking at what you are bringing to the table in terms of motivation, potential and energy. The outputs are aimed at allowing you to build a robust menu of options to work within.
Session Two - What’s Stopping You: Working on your own development
You have set you general direction, so now the question is - “how do I make this work for me - and for those who employ or engage me?” Identifying key behavioural Needs and expectations is going to allow you to progress strongly, without tripping yourself.

Is this just generic careers advice? I want something specific to me!
Your Birkman Report is unique to you, and tells you what will be a great fit for you, specifically. That means your conversations with your BCP will also be based on specific and not generic data. We're not career advisors, so this won't be your typical career advice conversation; we're experts on interpreting, applying, and helping others to apply Birkman data to their specific context, including the search for your next best step.
What tangible outcomes can I expect?
We are not offering to find you your next job, but using your Birkman Report, we are going to help you upgrade your level of self-awareness and self-understanding dramatically - so that you really can "explain yourself" and start looking in the right places for your next role. We'll also help you build a menu of robust, sustainable options to pursue, based on what your data says will work best for you.
There's a job I really want: what if your test says it is wrong for me?
You might well find that something that you have set your heart on is not showing up as a high 'match' for you. If that happens, we will be there to advise: for example, you may not look like a typical civil engineer; but then the job you set your heart on may not be exactly the typical civil engineering job either. We are there to help you consider what questions you need to ask yourself before you make such a key career decision.
What if my current or future employer sees my results?
As an individual purchasing a Birkman.Me Package, the only people who will see your results are you, and your Birkman Coach. To ensure this, you may choose to use a personal email address, rather than your work email, when you order your Birkman.Me Package. The only way an employer is going to see your results is if a) they are paying for your Birkman.me package and b) they have already agreed with you that they get to see the results; or c) if you choose to show them.
How long have you been doing this?
For the past 25 years we have been working with the Birkman data, and helping people who are at a career crossroads navigate their next step. They tell us the report and coaching package have positively impacted their plans and sense of what is going to be genuinely sustainable for them, going forward.
What if I need more than just two sessions?
Not a problem: there is always the option to add additional sessions if you would like to continue working with your Birkman coach. Please note, an hourly rate will apply.
